Emmanuel School of Religion is a graduate theological seminary located near Johnson City, Tennessee. It was founded in 1965 in conjunction with Milligan College, to which it maintains a close, though fraternal relationship. The seminary is located on a hill overlooking the Milligan Campus. The school offers three degrees--the Master of Arts in Religion (M.A.R.), the Master of Divinity (M.Div.), and the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada to award masters and doctoral degrees.
