Graphic Design - Associate Degree at Kaplan College
The objective of the Graphic Design program is to prepare students with the knowledge, technical skills, and work habits required for entry-level positions as graphic designers and illustrators, layout artists, production artists, and multi-media artists. Students will be encouraged to develop creativity while stressing technical and presentation skills. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded an Associate of Applied Science degree. Graduates of this program may design advertising campaigns, logos, packaging posters, publications, etc. from the concept to the final printing process for magazines, newspapers, journals, and other publications. Graduates may also create graphics for television and computer-generated media.
