The Criminal Justice degree program at Bauder College is a terminal program that introduces the student to the various career opportunities available to successful graduates. A degree in Criminal Justice opens doors for jobs in industry, labor, government, and the community and business worlds. The curriculum for the two-year program covers the basic areas of law enforcement, corrections, criminal investigations, intervention, and the court system. An experienced, professional faculty guides the students in exploring the many facets of this interesting field of study. Graduates of this program may enter employment in various criminal justice environments, such as police departments or other law enforcement offices, correctional facilities or private sector security. Additional police academy training may be required for law enforcement jobs.
