Our Bachelor of Arts Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management supports a foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are desirable for a variety of career paths in the hospitality and food service industries. This foundation integrates the abilities to manage people, systems, resources and finances and to understand the needs of the consumer. Students will have the opportunity to learn to translate those needs into profitable and ethical business opportunities. The program curriculum explores cultural and legal influences on the hospitality industry (from both a national and international perspective) and exposes students to different, professional styles of experienced chefs and instructors.
