The objective of this program is to provide students with a thorough understanding of Broadcast Graphics Production, Storyboarding, Animation for Broadcast Graphics, DVD Design and Authoring, and Digital Video Editing. There is an emphasis on the skills needed to prepare the students for entry-level employment as a Broadcast Graphics Developer, Broadcast Graphics Animator, TV Graphics Designer, Storyboard and Animatic Developer, and DVD Developer. The AAS program provides evidence of competencies in communication, social sciences, humanities and fine arts, analytical and interferential reasoning, and computational skills as well as the ability to learn on one?s own.
