Our Pharmacy Technician program provides you with a well-rounded mix of classroom work, laboratory hours, and practical experience. Building a strong knowledge base with classes such as Pharmacology I, Pharmacy Law & Ethics, and Medical Terminology. Then, you'll take courses to develop and sharpen that core knowledge ? learning how to interpret prescriptions, use medication distribution systems, distribute controlled substances, provide quality assurance, and use drug information resources such as pharmaceutical databases.
