The food service industry is booming, and there are more diverse job opportunities than ever before. Students will learn the culinary skills that are foundational to baking and patisserie including breads, cakes, specialty breads and desserts, chocolates, tart and torts. Graduates of this program will have met the American Culinary Certification for ServSafe.
