Washington Bible College/Capital Bible Seminary exists as an evangelical Christian, multi-denominational, and multi-ethnic educational community dedicated to preparing men and women for local and worldwide service to God and humanity. College and Seminary programs equip students with a biblical worldview and prepare them for effective vocational service and lay ministry. The educational climate emphasizes biblical content and applications, academic excellence, intellectual and spiritual maturity, leadership development, and the ability to function as productive members of a multi-cultural society.

Washington Bible College offers two Bachelor's degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Bachelor of Arts in General Studies.

No matter which Bachelor's degree you choose, you will be equipped with a strong biblical foundation for your life of service and the skills you need for ministry and the marketplace. You will study every book of the Bible; theology (the study of God and His relationship with all of His creation); general education courses (designed to give you a well-rounded education); and professional courses which will prepare you for your career path.

Capital Bible Seminary offers essential tools to face the challenge of ministry. CBS offers five degree programs and three certificates. A choice of concentrations within each degree permits the flexibility to meet your personal goals while providing a balanced curriculum. Practical ministry requirements provide the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the classroom.

We are conveniently located just minutes from the Washington, D.C. Capital Beltway (I-495 and I-95). The campus is located outside the Beltway on the northeast side of Washington.
