Belhaven College is a college in Jackson, Mississippi that was founded by the Presbyterian Church in the United States but that is independently run by a Board of Trustees. It is a private college whose tuition currently runs about $7,000 per semester plus about $3,500 for room and board. The school sponsors intercollegiate athletic teams which compete in the NAIA's Mid-South Conference in football and the NAIA's Gulf Coast Athletic Conference in other sports. Belhaven College maintains satellite campuses for graduate and undergraduate studies in Houston, Texas; Memphis, Tennessee and Orlando, Florida as well as virtual online programs. Belhaven College is nationally accredited by both the National Association of Schools of Art and Design and the National Association of Schools of Music.
