Antonelli College, a well-known part of the visual arts community in Cincinnati, Ohio since 1947, has held to the traditions of quality teaching in the fields of visual arts and business, and presenting students with the opportunity to develop their gifts and talents into professional skills.

The Antonelli College philosophy of teaching is a combination of direct involvement and critical thinking. Direct involvement means hands-on training and real-world education. Individuals become competent in the use of the many tools and techniques of their chosen careers. Critical thinking means inquiring, analyzing and understanding ideas and processes in depth. Individuals become competent in applying what they have learned in school to all types of situations that they may encounter after graduation. Graphic Design (Associate Degree)
The Associate of Applied Business Degree in Graphic Design prepares students for successful careers in advertising, marketing, promotion or printing. Graduates may enter their career field in entry-level jobs such as computer production artist, advertising designer, brand identity designer, desktop publisher, freelance artist, illustrator, web designer or cartoonist. Employers include publishing firms, advertising agencies, marketing firms, record companies, brand identity firms, in house advertising departments, web design firms, promotional companies and sign companies. This program stresses fundamental design theory and practices studied through real-world design exercises and projects. Graphic Design students will develop the skills necessary to conceive an idea, nurture it and develop it. Skills in creativity will be simultaneously supported with skills in computer graphics to create functional and interesting visual communications that provide powerful impact on the viewer.
Interior Design (Associate Degree)
The Associate of Applied Business Degree in Interior Design prepares students for jobs in this challenging and exciting profession. It is a field of great creativity whereby all types of interior spaces can be manipulated or altered to form stimulating and functional areas in which to live, work and play. Graduates will be prepared for entry-level employment as freelance designers, design studio or design service consultants and design sales representatives. Job projects can be residential, commercial or institutional. Working environments range from department and furniture stores, design centers, art and accessory dealerships, architectural firms, construction firms, showrooms and large corporations, and film industry set design. An extensive course of instruction is necessary for entering this expanding profession. Educational emphasis is placed on the ability to express clients? wishes through space usage and color, shape, texture and fit of furnishings.
Massage Therapy (Associate Degree)
The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy prepares students for entry-level positions in the exciting field of massage therapy. Graduates may enter their career field in a variety of settings including private practices, sports venues, spas, health clubs, hotels and resorts. The massage therapy program stresses personal development as well as communication skills to ready graduates for all aspects of a successful career including therapeutic massage techniques and ethical responsibility. Successful completion of this program will prepare the student to take the Ohio State licensing examination in massage therapy.
Medical Administrative Assistant (Associate Degree)
The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Health Information Technology-Medical Administrative Assisting provides a comprehensive curriculum enabling graduates to find employment in the medical office field. It emphasizes mastering the language of medicine and how it is used in conjunction with the body systems, as well as giving basic overviews in coding, medical math, pharmacology and medical law to assist the student in working in a medical office environment. Graduates will be prepared for entry-level employment as administrative medical assistants in hospitals, physicians? offices, nursing care facilities, outpatient care centers and laboratories.
