St. Norbert College, a Catholic liberal arts college embracing the Norbertine ideal of communio, provides an educational environment that fosters intellectual, spiritual and personal development.

We offer more than 30 major fields of study and 3 graduate programs. Emphasis on: honors program, student-faculty collaborative research (as early as freshman and sophomore years), professional internships and study abroad. Classes taught by full professors rather than graduate teaching assistants. 2,084 undergraduate students and 53 graduate students from 33 states and 28 foreign countries; 132 locally, nationally and internationally respected Full-time faculty, 86% with Ph.D. or highest appropriate degree. Student-faculty ratio of 14:1; average class size of 21. Founded October 1898 by Abbot Bernard Pennings, a member of the Catholic Norbertine Order of priests and brothers, as a school to prepare men for the priesthood.
