Our office in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a Senior Geologist/Hydrogeologist or Senior Engineer to join their staff. 

Ideally, GHD is looking for a highly motivated and self‑directed individual with the following qualifications and skills that is looking for a platform to grow their business in Indianapolis and the Midwest:


  • BS or MS degree in geology/hydrogeology, engineering, or related field and a license to practice in the State of Indiana
  • Strong expertise in the field of geology/hydrogeology and contaminated site investigation and remediation
  • Experience with Federal (CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA) and Indiana environmental programs
  • Strong project/client management, business development and proposal writing skills
  • The ability to manage complex and multifaceted investigation and remediation projects
  • Strong experience dealing with regulatory personnel and agencies
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills deployed in our client’s interests
  • Ability to effectively manage project budgets and client expectations
  • Staff management and development skills
  • Interest in continuing with professional development
  • Knowledge of the local/Midwest market and good existing contacts highly preferred.
