Operational Test Systems Administrator, TS Cleared

Job Description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a seasoned Computer Test Support, with Systems Administrator experience (SYSADMIN), Analyst/Engineer to support the AFOTEC Test Services program at Edwards AFB in California.

Successful candidate will provide engineering technical services in the areas of Operational Test and Evaluation concepts, planning, executing, and reporting for all of the programs under the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Test Operations Division (CTO) at Edwards AFB, CA.

The analyst/engineer shall review and provide recommendations on systems requirements documents; provide input during systems design and development; identify test capabilities requirements and shortfalls; develop mission task breakdown; refine test concepts and designs; identify test support resources needs (facilities, instrumentation, and personnel); provide technical expertise to develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP); develop OT&E plans; create detailed test procedures; participate in test team deployments; prepare data management and analysis plans; collect and compile evaluation data; provide technical input for operational impact assessments; and submit inputs to OT&E reports and briefings.

Test programs to be supported include; Global Hawk Block 30/40 and the Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload (ASIP); Global Hawk Multi-Spectral Intelligence (MSI); the Global Hawk ground station modernization program (GSMP); and the Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS).

Job Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Bachelors Degree is required. 4 Years of related experience can substitute for a degree
• Must be knowledgeable in Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E)
• 2 years DCGS SYSADMIN experience
• 5 years experience as a SYSADMIN
• Must be capable of completing a National Agency Check (NAC) consistent with Public Trust Positions
• Must be a US citizen and possess a current TOP SECRET security clearance and be SAP and SCI eligible
