Senior HRIS Analyst (19012342) Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Lead People Systems Analyst, a key individual contributor role, to serve as the SME and primary point of contact representing the Human Resources systems landscape. You will play a critical role in the planning, design and execution of HR related projects supporting the organization’s goals, objectives and future roadmap. You’ll partner closely with the COEs and business leaders to translate business requirements, implement system enhancements, drive process improvements and support upgrades (Includes but not limited to Recruiting, HR, Comp, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll). Previous experience working with Workday is necessary for the success of a lead in this role.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the People Systems admin and SME to ensure data integrity, optimization and consistency across all People systems
  • Partner with COE’s to lead People system projects, enhancements and updates which include Recruiting, HR, Comp, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll. Includes participating in design, implementation and deployment
  • Provide project guidance and mentorship to other members of the team
  • Manage test plans, user acceptance and regression testing
  • Support Upgrades of HR technology assessing impact of new features and coordinating rollout with COEs
  • Oversee governance and audit controls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data integrity issues
  • Provide daily operational support
  • Facilitate and conduct end user training and create supporting documentation
  • Document Process workflows
  • Implement Change management
  • Develop and maintain reports and provide data analysis
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A thorough knowledge of HR systems, payroll, reporting, system administration, integrations and downstream impact
  • Functional knowledge of multiple Workday modules including reporting and integration experience preferred
  • Strong functional and analytical skillset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communications skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, excel, PPT, Taleo, Kronos, Workday, HCM, Tableau or other similar and/or software applications related to job functions
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of management
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Investigative, curious approach to problem solving
  • Strong ability to handle a multitude of competing priorities
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly
  • This position has no direct reports, but will serve as a mentor for HR staff on system/reporting best practices
