Insight Global is seeking a talented Service Desk Specialist sitting on client site in Fort Belvoir, VA. This person will be a member of a 31 person team and will be providing tier 1 & tier 2 support to roughly over 8,000 end users across the globe and in areas such as Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. On a daily basis this person will be providing ISP services and enterprise support to personnel in worldwide locations. On the service desk team, troubleshooting issues will be realted to DHCP, Windows OS, active directory, and all microsoft applications and windows OS. All support will be done through the phone with full ticket resolution on first call. This is NOT a call center environment. Instead, this is an opportunity to grow and be a part of a large, global services operation and its initial stand-up.
Active TS with SCI eligiblity in JPAS
IAT Level II
Ability to take Microsoft computing environment certification within the first 6 months
