Compensation: $20.00 to $21.00 hourly

OfficeTeam has an immediate need for adn Administrative Assistant with Construction/Contractor experience! If you are a Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing your career, this could be just what you're looking for. Candidates seeking a short-term temporary-to-full-time position in the Barberton, Ohio area would be interested in this Administrative Assistant opportunity.

What you get to do every single day

- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups from job sites

- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

- Obtain paperwork from the field and distribute to appropriate departments for processing, including work tickets, test papers, expense receipts, payroll information, packing lists, and signed off punch lists

- Prepare reports for Monday meeting

- Support diverse projects for other employees

Job Requirements

- Construction experience is plus!

- Meeting Schedule experience

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Report generation experience preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of Coordinate Logistics

- Strong familiarity with expense reports

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Internet research skills

- Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
