Key member of the engineering leadership team leading the hardware engineering department. Creates and leads a world-class hardware organization for the flawless execution of product development for hardware design for automotive instrument cluster, HUD, and other company products. Leads the vision, strategy, and direction for the hardware organization. Researches, studies, and utilizes new technologies, products, suppliers, processes, tools, and industry trends. Leads the implementation and creation of best-in-class product, cost, efficiency, and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
