Our client, a trusted legal advisor and valued business partner with locations across the globe is actively seeking a Legal Secretary in their Corporate Department for their San Francisco office.
In this role, you will:
Provide day to day administrative legal support to several attorneys including partners and associates.
Communicate and work with clients, service providers, and employees within the Firm.
Assist with process time entry, open new matters, draft engagement letters and audit responses, process reimbursement expenses, maintain calendars, review and prepare billing invoices, and other administrative duties.
Provide extensive work with file openings and bills.
What we’re looking for:
At least 4 – 8 years of Corporate Legal Secretary experience working in a large law firm or similar corporate setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong client service focus and skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a highly demanding environment with tight time frames.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Strong attention to details, proofreading and organizational skills.
