Job Description

Our client, a trusted legal advisor and valued business partner with locations across the globe is actively seeking a Legal Secretary in their Corporate Department for their San Francisco office.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day to day administrative legal support to several attorneys including partners and associates. 
  • Communicate and work with clients, service providers, and employees within the Firm. 
  • Assist with process time entry, open new matters, draft engagement letters and audit responses, process reimbursement expenses, maintain calendars, review and prepare billing invoices, and other administrative duties. 
  • Provide extensive work with file openings and bills. 

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 4 – 8 years of Corporate Legal Secretary experience working in a large law firm or similar corporate setting. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong client service focus and skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a highly demanding environment with tight time frames. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to details, proofreading and organizational skills.
