Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Agents
The Sedona Group is currently seeking qualified Bilingual French/English Inbound Customer Service Agents for a long-term opportunities. Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available for 1st shift. Position is Temp-to-Hire. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent for our client, your job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate in French and English (speaking and writing) with callers. Must be able to discuss problems with the customers and/or technicians when the Service Center Supervisor or Branch personnel are not available or able to assist. As necessary, report problem calls to the Service Center Supervisor. Must have the ability to learn various software systems quickly. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
