Job Description

Position (designation)  :  Back Office Support

Location of the position  :  New Jersey Position to which reporting  :  Manager Qualification  :  Any Graduate

Experience  :  3-5 years and above in films and foils business

Compensation  :  $ 40,000 / $ 45,000 + Variable pay + Benefits (Insurance including

Vision, Dental for self and family, 401-K)

A.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  To take over responsibilities for routine work, stocks, slitting operations from sales manager in order to streamline the systems and processes.

·  

To progressively start managing business of routine customers / orders so that sales managers can focus to develop new business

·  To keep track of monthly sales volume / value budgets and actuals and feed appropriate information to sales managers in order to take required corrective actions to achieve the budget.

·  To manage and control the proposed slitting operations being outsourced in the USA in an effective manner.

·  Book orders as received from the sales personnel & customers.

·  Coordinate with respective front-line sales personnel and the factory for timely supply of the material to the customer.

·  Keep the concerned sales personnel & customers informed about the status of deliveries.

·  Manage the logistic part of the entire sales process.

·  Maintain the Inventory of the Jumbo rolls at the slitter.

·  Minimize the wastage during slitting operations.

·  Controls and maintain the SSAL for invoicing, outstanding payments and stock ageing.

·  Manage samples for the customer machine trials.

·  Raise and close complain raise in SAP with coordination of plant and QA.

·  Manage customer credit rating reports and get the credit limits approved by the management.
