The Sedona Group is currently seeking qualified Customer Service Agents for long-term opportunities with an international company with corporate and branch locations in the Illinois Quad Cities. Part-Time and Full-time opportunities are available. (32-40 hrs. per week) Flexible schedules available for, mid-shift, 2nd and 3rd shifts including weekend hours. Training will be on first shift for the first 3-weeks, 7a-3:30. As a Customer Service Agent for our client, your job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Receiving service requests via phone
Verification & documentation for service requests
Dispatching service technicians from various US locations.
Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) with callers.
Must be able to discuss problems with the customers and/or technicians when the Service Center Supervisor or Branch personnel are not available or able to assist, and as necessary, report problem calls to the Service Center Supervisor.
Must be computer savvy and able to manipulate data between multiple screens.
Must have quick and accurate data entry skills.
