Job Description

Medicalodges is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with the primary responsibility of providing residents assistance with the activities of daily living and ensuring quality care is provided. Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
  • Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
  • Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
  • Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
  • Participates in QAPI performance improvement plants and attends resident care meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Current nursing assistant certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy
