Power County is a county located in the U.S. state of Idaho. As of the 2000 Census the county had a population of 7,538 (2005 estimate: 7,753) . Power County, Idaho is part of the 'Pocatello, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area which encompasses all of Bannock and Power counties of Idaho. The county seat is American Falls.
